Middle Tennessee Book Fest is presented by The Whole Author, a Raine Digital company. We support authors and small businesses alike, but what’s more: we are marketing experts, business strategists, and most importantly, we’re authors. So when you bring your books to our tables, we’ve got you. The book community in Middle Tennessee is hungry for events like this and authors like you. We can't wait to host you.

  • We Will Bring In Readers We are a professional marketing team, promoting this event across Middle Tennessee, from ads and email to social and local media.
  • We Will Communicate With You You'll hear from us a lot! We will provide clear and consistent communication so you are supported from now through event day and beyond.
  • We Will Bring Our Expertise We are authors and event marketers, so the logistics, layout, and schedule are designed with your table in mind.

What's Included

Every author gets: a black open-back table cover, power outlets, wifi, and access to the Author Lounge.

  • Full Author Table $200

    Your own 6-ft table plus two exhibitor passes, so you can bring an assistant for the day.

  • Half Table (Shared) $125

    Split a 6-ft table with another vendor, with one exhibitor pass each. A great fit if you're exhibiting one or two titles.

By applying to exhibit at the Middle Tennessee Book Fest, you are agreeing to our policies as stated below and in communications from our team.

PAYMENT POLICY(Required)
If selected for the 2027 Middle Tennessee Book Fest, your spot will be held for 5 days after an acceptance email is sent to you. You must make a $125 deposit OR pay in full within that 5-day period to secure your table. Any remaining balance on your table fee must be paid in full within 60 days of the deposit. You will not be announced as a signing author until full payment is made. Non-response/non-payment will result in forfeiture of your table space. Table fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

AI Policy
MTBF is an AI-free event. Authors must attest that their writing, editorial, cover design, character art, etc., were made without the use of AI. We will not knowingly accept any authors utilizing AI.
