The Fest
When is Middle Tennessee Book Fest?
Saturday, June 12, 2027. Follow along on socials for updates.
Where will it be held?
Lane Agri-Park Community Center at 315 John Rice Blvd., Murfreesboro, TN 37129.
Who can participate?
Authors, vendors, and influencers can apply to participate now. Readers can sign up for ticket and lineup announcements.
How do I get a table or booth?
Applications are open now! Authors can apply on the Author Application page, and bookish vendors on the Vendor Application page.
Applying and Exhibiting
About how many authors and vendors are you expecting?
We can take roughly 70 to 90 authors and/or vendors (mostly authors).
Can authors sell books directly from their tables, and do we keep 100% of our sales?
You will sell directly and be fully responsible for taking payments and keeping 100% of sales.
What is included with the $125 half table vs. the $200 full table?
All author/vendor tables include a black open-back table cover, power outlets, WiFi, and access to the Author Lounge.
Full Table includes:
- 6 ft table
- 2 chairs
- 1 author pass & 1 assistant pass
Half Table includes:
- 3 ft of table space on a shared 6 ft table (half / half)
- 1 chair
- 1 author pass
All authors and vendors will be featured on the website and social media. Additional sponsorship opportunities will be available as well.
Will participating authors be promoted on your website and social media before the event?
Authors will be promoted on the website and social media.
What is your refund policy?
Table fees and tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the event is cancelled, all purchases will be refunded in full. For more details, view our refund policy.

What kinds of vendors are you looking for?
Bookish vendors of all kinds: book-adjacent goods, gifts, and services that readers love. If you're not sure your business is a fit, apply anyway and tell us about what you make or sell.
